CONSORTIUM RELEASES TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The following Releases Terms and Conditions run in conjunction with our Standard T&C’s
- Entering a draw constitutes as the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions; which are final and binding in all matters related to a Releases draw entry and, if successful, a subsequent product purchase.
- By entering in to the draw your payment will be pre-authorised by your payment provider and held in your account with them as pending - the money is held by your payment provider and you will be unable to spend it elsewhere, it is not held by Consortium.
- If an entry is successful you agree to the full amount for goods and shipping to be paid and your money will be released to Consortium by your payment provider.
- If you are unsuccessful Consortium will cancel the pre-authorisation and your payment provider will release the hold on your funds shortly afterwards.
- One entry per person, per household, per launch product.
- We are unable to amend or cancel a draw entry.
- If an entry is successful orders cannot be amended or cancelled prior to shipping.
- Shipped orders are subject to our standard returns policy.
- Entrants will be notified via email once a draw has closed to advise if their entry has been successful or unsuccessful.
- A selected size, registered email address, valid shipping address and pre-authorised payment are required to enter a draw.
- We are not able to combine shipping of release products with any other orders.
- Consortium reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry it considers may be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any entrant believed to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
