Orders will be prioritised through the dispatch process and will be shipped with Royal Mail on a Tracked and insured 24 hour service. Your delivery can be expected within 1-2 working days of receiving your success notification.

EUROPE | 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS | FROM - £14

European orders are shipped with either Royal Mail or UPS (courier determined by destination). Both services are tracked and insured and delivery can be expected within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your success notification. Prices are calculated by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Prices start at just £14.

REST OF WORLD | 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS | FROM - £20

Orders for delivery outside of Europe are shipped with either Royal Mail or UPS (courier determined by destination). Both services are tracked and insured and delivery can be expected within 5 - 7 working days of receiving your success notification. Prices are calculated by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Prices start at just £20.

  • WE CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PARCELS THAT ARE DELAYED OR GO MISSING DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS GIVEN WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

In the unlikely event of a lost parcel we will either send out a replacement item or refund in full if a replacement is not available.

A parcel will not be classed as lost until 20 working days has passed since dispatch.

Any non-delivered items returned to us because the customer either gave incorrect delivery details or was not at the delivery address when delivery was attempted will be refunded in full less our delivery costs.
